Asset & Wealth Management - Infrastructure and Real Estate Co-Investment - Associate

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Asset & Wealth Management - Infrastructure and Real Estate Co-Investment - Associate to join their Infrastructure team in New York, United States.

This Associate role sits within J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management's infrastructure and real estate co-investment team. Key responsibilities include deal underwriting and execution: supporting the evaluation and execution of infrastructure and real estate transactions with a focus on GP-first underwriting and validation of deal points; developing detailed financial models and underwriting analyses, including asset- and project-level DCFs, capital structure analyses, scenario and sensitivity assessments, and returns attribution; coordinating multidisciplinary due diligence streams across commercial, legal, technical, and tax structuring; drafting Investment Committee materials including IC memos, investment notes, and diligence summaries. Portfolio management responsibilities include monitoring investment performance and risks, reviewing GP and asset manager reports, engaging with sponsors and GPs on performance drivers and value-creation initiatives, and maintaining portfolio monitoring tools including quarterly updates, valuation commentary, and risk dashboards.

Required qualifications: strong understanding of infrastructure and/or real estate investing; advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities including asset/project-level DCF, capital structure modeling, and secondaries analytics; working knowledge of infrastructure diligence considerations (contract structures, inflation linkage, concession life, lifecycle capex) and real estate diligence considerations (NOI build, lease roll, cap rates, debt underwriting metrics).
