Owning the assessment content strategy and execution, the full-time remote Assessment Content Manager will lead a team of designers and contributors, ensuring quality and consistency across various subject domains while managing large-scale projects and operational processes. Key responsibilities Drive the assessment content strategy and roadmap execution, translating production plans into team assignments and milestones Lead and manage the assessment content team, providing direction, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure team growth Create and implement clear, repeatable processes to achieve operational excellence and maintain consistency across teams Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in assessment content development, including at least 2+ years in a management role Demonstrated success in leading teams and developing item writers and content leads Fluency in multi-subject standards, including CCSS and NGSS, across K-12 content areas Expert understanding of educational assessment design principles and measurement Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering against aggressive timelines
