Assembly worker in metal fabrication is responsible for assembling, fitting, and finishing metal components and products according to specifications, blueprints, and safety standards. to 4:30 p.m.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble metal parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and fastening equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsMeasure, cut, and align metal pieces to meet specificationsOperate basic fabrication equipment such as drill presses, grinders, and sawsPerform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished productsReport defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisorsSupport team members to meet production goals and deadlinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, or metal fabrication is a plusBasic understanding of mechanical concepts and toolsAbility to read measuring instruments such as tape measures and calipersStrong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of hand and power toolsBasic blueprint reading skillsManual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyComfortable working in a production or shop environmentAbility to perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsFor a faster experience, please fill out this form when applying: Apply today!
