This position plays an important role in ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining productivity and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materialsWire basic electrical connections according to applicable diagramsInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality, engineering, and customer requirementsOperate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power toolsRead and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprintsSelect and position materials and accessory componentsLoad, unload, lift, and move materials and products using lifting equipment when availableComplete electronic paperwork and production documentation, including:ChecklistsStampingBlueprintsBarcodingShipping materialsFollow all Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct requirementsMaintain department housekeeping and 5S standardsMeet established quality, safety, and productivity expectationsFraming experience is a major plus!Required Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredOne to three years of manufacturing or construction experience preferredFraming experience is highly desirableAbility to read and interpret blueprintsBasic math and reading comprehension skillsAbility to read and use a tape measureBasic ability to read, speak, and understand EnglishStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to safely use hand and power toolsPhysical RequirementsCandidates must be able to:Stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workdayBend, stoop, kneel, and crouchLift and carry up to 50 pounds independentlyLift or move items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistanceClimb and maintain balanceReach, handle, and feel with handsVisually inspect products for quality and accuracyDemonstrate manual dexterity for tool operation and assembly tasksWhy Apply?$19.00 per hourDay shift scheduleMonday–Friday workweekImmediate start opportunitiesModern and team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to develop manufacturing and assembly skillsFraming and construction experience valued
