This position may involve using microscopes, small hand tools, fixtures, measuring devices, and written work instructions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to learn, works well in a team environment, and is committed to producing high-quality parts.ResponsibilitiesAssemble components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.Inspect completed work using quality standards and documented procedures.Conduct pull tests when required for specific operations.Measure components using calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.Inspect products against prints and specifications.Complete required production paperwork to maintain product traceability.Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs when authorized.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company, department, safety, and environmental health procedures.Operate machinery and move between designated work areas.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred.Basic computer skills preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.Ability to interpret product drawings or blueprints preferred.Experience using calipers, gauges, or other measuring devices preferred.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet production goals.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to remain in a stationary position for approximately 75% of the workday.Ability to operate manufacturing machinery.Ability to move between work zones.Ability to use small hand tools and perform detailed assembly work, including tasks that may require a microscope.
