Falcon is committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering reliable products to our customers.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Assembly Worker Details:Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)Assemble subwoofers in a fast paced assembly line environment, including:Running wire harnessesInstalling and torquing speakers and bracketsDropping and securing screwsValidating completed assembliesPackaging finished productsInstall brackets on amplifiers and perform basic audio checks on ampsAssemble small diesel engine components using an assembly line process, including:Installing screws, plugs, valves, EGRs, and other small componentsTorquing fasteners to specified requirementsAdhere to established cycle time requirements once training is completedMeet daily production targets while maintaining quality standardsMaintain focus and minimal conversation on production lines to support efficiency and safetyFollow all safety, quality, and manufacturing proceduresAssembly Worker Qualifications:Prior factory or manufacturing experience requiredDemonstrated experience using handheld screwdrivers in a production environmentAbility to understand and consistently work within established cycle time requirementsStrong attention to detailBe able to work effectively as part of a teamBe able to lift 25lbs repeatedlyApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
