Bumper Assembly Worker – 1st Shift
Pay: $15.50 per hour to start, increasing to $17.00 per hour after 90 days
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Sterling Heights, MI – near 18 1/2 Mile Road, Van Dyke, and Mound

We are seeking reliable Bumper Assembly Workers for a fast-paced automotive production environment in Sterling Heights.
In this role, you will work directly with automotive bumper components and complete a variety of hands-on assembly tasks. Team members use power drills, hand tools, clips, fasteners, wiring, and other hardware to prepare finished bumper assemblies for production.
What You’ll Do
- Build and assemble automotive bumper components on the production line
- Attach clips, bolts, screws, wiring, and additional hardware
- Operate power drills and basic hand tools throughout the assembly process
- Check finished assemblies for proper fit, placement, and quality
- Follow work instructions, safety standards, and production procedures
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for production
- Maintain expected production pace and quality standards
- Assist with other manufacturing or assembly tasks when needed
Schedule & Overtime
This is a first-shift position , Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM . Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required depending on production demand.
Pay Progression
Start at $15.50/hour and increase to $17.00/hour after successfully completing 90 days .
