LocationsRelocation Assistance AvailableReferral ProgramsMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysEssential Functions:Assemble aircraft components, subassemblies, and composite parts in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly documentation.Measure, align, fit, and install components to ensure proper fit, clearance, and functional performance.Install, connect, and bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets, threaded fasteners, and other approved assembly methods.Prepare and utilize fixtures and tooling to support locating, drilling, bonding, and assembly operations.Route and secure wire harnesses in accordance with engineering specifications.Verify materials, parts, and equipment prior to beginning assembly operations.Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, drills, clamps, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.Support production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and workmanship standards.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required.Previous manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, or aerospace assembly experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and tape measurements, including decimal measurements.Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, power drills, impact wrenches, clamps, and other assembly equipment.Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.Ability to work with fiberglass and composite materials.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work regular schedules, overtime, and various shifts as required.Must be eligible to work in the United States.Preferred Experience:AssemblyManufacturingMechanical AssemblyComposite AssemblyBlueprint ReadingRiveting & Fastener InstallationWire Harness RoutingHand & Power ToolsProduction ManufacturingQuality Inspection
