Assembly TechnicianPay: $18 - $22 Based on Shift1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift OpeningsJob SummaryThe Assembly Technician is responsible for wiring and assembling industrial control panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working from electrical schematics and blueprints, this role supports panel fabrication while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesWire and assemble control panels using schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.Gather and organize materials, components, and wiring for projects.Perform mechanical assembly, fabrication support, and soldering as needed.Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Inspect completed panels to ensure compliance with design specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.QualificationsAbility to read electrical drawings, schematics, and ladder diagrams.Basic electrical knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude.Experience using hand and power tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Technical education or control panel wiring experience preferred; entry-level candidates with electrical training are encouraged to apply.Work EnvironmentManufacturing shop environment focused on custom industrial control panel assembly. First-shift schedule with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
