Whether you're just starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, this is a great chance to join a growing company where hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude are valued.What You'll DoAs an Assembly Technician, you'll work with a team to assemble products used in industrial automation and control systems. Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:Assemble and wire control panels and components by following simple work instructions and drawingsEnsure all wires are labeled at both ends correctly and that there are no wire fraysMake sure all terminations are tightEnsure proper wire sizes and colors are usedLog all time spent on each job into the appropriate software database using the traveler supplied with drawingsPerform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsUse basic hand tools and production equipment safelyKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeRecord completed work and production time as instructedCommunicate any questions or production issues to your team lead or supervisorWork closely with teammates to meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're more interested in your attitude than your experience.
