Assembly TechnicianWe're seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician in Norwalk, CT to join a production team. This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling, integrating, testing, and qualifying complex electromechanical products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. 12 hour shift 6pm - 6am.
3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off alternating.What You'll DoAssemble and test precision electromechanical componentsFollow work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentationPerform quality inspections using hand tools and precision measuring equipmentTroubleshoot minor assembly issuesRecord production data in an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWhat We're Looking ForManufacturing, technician, or electromechanical assembly experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience using hand tools and measuring equipmentAbility to follow detailed procedures and quality standardsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office required; SAP and LabVIEW are a plus)Semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or medical device manufacturing experience is a strong plusWork EnvironmentCleanroom setting (PPE required)Lift up to 20 lbs. and perform standing, bending, and repetitive tasks
