Apply now and shape the future with us!Key Job Elements:Performs semi-repetitive, mechanical assembly operationsFits and makes complex mechanical connectionsUses various power tools in assembly operations (drills, screw guns, crimpers, welder, etc.)Operates all types of leak check equipment and other complex test procedures and fixturesFollows written procedures, instructions, complex blueprints and schematics.Uses proper vacuum techniques in assembly including the use of alcohol and acetoneInspecting assemblies for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, scales, and micrometersUses D.V.M. in simple troubleshootingReporting any defective parts, or safety concerns to the supervisorMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 12 months of related experience or completion of a trade school programAbility to safely and effectively use hand toolsAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematicsStrong math skills, including the ability to take precise measurements and perform calculationsExcellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues that rise during the assembly processAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work from a stepladder (up to 6 feet in height)Ability to maintain hose racks, screw bins, and other production suppliesPerform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning work areas using vacuum and broomsPull, stock, and return parts from inventory as needed.Ability to safely handle hazardous materials and hazardous waste in accordance with applicable procedures.Demonstrated verbal and written communication skillsBenefits we offer to enhance your lifestyle:Company-paid medical and dental insurance401k planPaid vacationsSick timeKDF Technologies, LLC is a limited liability company.

The compensation range for this role is $45000 to $75000 per year.
