If you're detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a team that delivers excellence, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAssemble and install structural and cosmetic components of our boatsUse a variety of hand and power tools including tape measures, razor knives, screw guns, drills, and ratchetsIdentify and correct defects, ensuring all work meets Freeman's quality standardsWork independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goalsPerform fiberglass grinding and cutting to fit parts as neededAssist with minor lamination workWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in assembly or hands-on mechanical work preferredAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
