• Read pressure gauges and accurately record data to ATP requirements. • Complete proper buy-off paperwork. • Set up and operate manual and pneumatic automators and drill press for end fitting swedging and crimp rolls. • Swedge fitting ends to form 37° and 45° angle or roll. • Lock-wire and torque-seal parts. • Follow daily dispatch reports and move jobs into ERP system. • Seek and document lean process improvement ideas to improve the efficiency of the department. • Maintain all hand tools in a clean and working condition.
