WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assemble products according to work instructions and specifications
- Read production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and quality plans
- Use measuring tools and equipment to verify product quality
- Identify, locate, and prepare components for assembly
- Package and label completed products
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of your workstation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Help ensure products meet quality standards before completion
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment
