Compensation and benefits for the Assembly Technician include unlimited $150 referral bonus for any new applicants you refer, vacation pay, and temp to hire opportunities.Responsibilities of the Assembly Technician:Crane training & walk behind fork truck trainingMechanically inclinedAssist the Mechanical Assembler with a variety of parts to help the manufacturing processAssure all parts required for complete assembly of machine are delivered to the assembly locationAssist with aligning, adjusting and modifying sheet metal components to assure proper fit onto the machineUse a variety of hand tools, including drills, grinders, and air-powered tools, when installing parts and sub-assembliesKeep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.Requirements of the Assembly Technician:1st shift 6 am- 2:30pm M-F + SaturdaysMust pass a 10 panel drug testMust be self-drivenMust have reliable transportation
