Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the total production process through the finished goods stage as well as for product safety and quality of goods produced.
• Monitors multiple high speed automated production machines to ensure quality production standards are achieved.
• Verifies correctness of components, performs quality checks visually/using inspection gauges, performs testing on assembled product, fills machine hoppers, performs record keeping using production forms and PC, loads/threads tubing onto machine, utilizes handheld scanner to perform traceability.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and reach above shoulder (approx. 5% of shift time).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate and understand relevant information relating to quality/production issues.
• Must possess basic math/PC skills.
