Assembly TechnicianAt International Auto Processing, LLC, the Assembly Technician will install and perform quality installations of required parts. Essential duties include disassembling and re-assembling defected/damaged vehicle body components, installing various components per customer specifications, organizing and repairing body shop vehicles based on a priority list, buffing and polishing scratches out, performing touch-up of paint chips using the correct paints, maintaining a safe working environment and following all policies and procedures regarding safety, and performing other duties as assigned.SHIFT: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Possible overtime and weekend work as directed by business need.Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver's license, obtaining and maintaining a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security.Preferred qualifications include excellent communication skills both written and verbal, owning and maintaining the tools necessary to complete daily tasks, experience in a port processing environment, and being deadline and detail oriented.Physical working conditions include standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift, lifting, pushing, and or pulling up to 20lbs, and working with various solvents and paints.IAP, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
