Assembly TechnicianThe Assembly Technician will be part of a world class team. Our success begins with our employees.Management ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Essential Job FunctionsPrepare or build up boat parts, sub-systems and componentsPerform checks and inspections to ensure qualityOperate various power tools, hoists, and production equipmentAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overheadMust be able to perform strong pinch and gripMust be able to push/pull up to 100 poundsAbility to stand/walk up to 8 hours a dayPerforms other related duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School degree or equivalentAbility to communicate well with othersAbility to read and understand routings, work orders, manifests, and production reportsAbility to take instructions and work with little supervisionAbility to operate overhead craneMust be able to lift up to 40 poundsMust be a team player with focus on customer service and qualityMust have solid work attendance and be reliableAbility to work within and advance the Premier Marine Core Values:Integrity: Navigating with a moral compass, doing the right thing every time.Excellence: Relentless pursuit of exceptionalism, laser focus on continuous improvement.
