Assembly Technician

Production Operations TechOur client, electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operations Tech to join their team. As a Production Operations Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Bellevue, WAPay Range: $27 - $29Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pmWhat's the Job?Perform thorough-hole and surface-mount (SMT) PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair.Install, replace, and repair electronic components while preventing damage to printed circuit boards.Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies using established test procedures.Interpret test results, identify failures, and accurately document test findings.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.What's Needed?Experience working in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred).Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to the component level.Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.Technical certification or training in electronics, PCB assembly, or related fields.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative electronics manufacturing environment.Engage in continuous improvement activities and process enhancements.Work with a collaborative team committed to quality and excellence.Gain valuable hands-on experience with advanced electronic testing and repair techniques.Be part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
