Assembly Technician

Assembler PositionWe are excited to be adding an Assembler to the MAC Trailer Team. Our Assembler position utilizes and implements acquired mounting and assembly knowledge, experience, and skill to assemble/mount parts and products for the tractor trailer industry. Shift hours are Mon - Thurs 7am- 5:30pm with additional overtime.

If you're interested in being part of a diverse workforce in a supportive work environment, MAC Trailer is the place for you.What You Will Do:Perform and abide by safety policies and procedures while performing tasks and other related assignmentsReview specification documentation and information related to assignments to ensure products are manufactured to customer specifications and MAC quality standardsPerform a wide variety of work assignments to contribute and complete assembly tasks including but not limited to carrying aluminum and steel parts, cleaning products, mounting tires, applying stickers and tape, drilling, bolting, installing components, reading and using tape measures, sawing aluminum material with circular saw, and using impact wrench and other various air toolsPerform daily custom assembly tasks within designated time requirementsPerform, understand, comprehend, and communicate basic math functions primarily related to measurementTake the parts to lines, pull parts for all lines, and mount tires as a substitute for warehouse positionsCommunicate issues of concern and any other pertinent information that affects the productive completion of quality product, schedule of product, and safety to supervisorPerform all other assigned dutiesClean work areas during and at the end of the shiftOrganize and restock needed parts and materialsAssist other employees as needed and instructedWho You Are:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
