This includes:Performing production tasks such as lamination, infusion, assembly, trimming, and finishingFollowing standard work instructions and quality requirements with precisionInspecting your own work to ensure it meets customer and company standardsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work areaWorking as part of a team to meet daily production targetsIdentifying and reporting safety concerns, quality issues, or process improvementsSupporting team efforts to improve efficiency and eliminate wasteWhat We ExpectWe are not looking for people who just "show up."
