Here, you will make an impact by:Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable proceduresAccurately record production dataPerforming all casting and impregnation production processes including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomesOperating equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipmentIdentifying problems and working with process engineers through to resolutionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environmentWork location: Onsite – Clarkston, GeorgiaRelocation Assistance: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S.
