Everything we do is grounded in our core values: We Care, We Deliver, We Innovate We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to contribute, and want to be part of a team that expects more and delivers more.Position Summary: The Assembly Tech is responsible for receiving, preparing and assembling FRP panels for delivery to customers.Duties and Responsibilities:Receive, transport and unpack delivered FRP panels for assemblyUnpack, stage and prep parts for assemblyAssemble FRP parts in a timely manner producing a quality productMeets scheduled deadlines set out daily by management within reasonAdheres to the safety rules of JUPITER BACHOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience Required:HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institutionPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, and successful completion of a forklift training programAbility to identify parts needed per sales ordersEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills & Mathematical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledgeable in JUPITER BACH/OSHA Safety RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Qualified applicants must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to use power and hand tools in a safe manner 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environmentMust be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shiftMuch be able to crouch, kneel and stoop for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shiftMust be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shiftMust be able to operate foot pedals for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually
