Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for providing a safe and productive work environment

Investigates and countermeasure performance gaps in efficiency, scrap, on-time delivery, PPM and other measurables

Work in coordination with other departments in effort to reduce cost and improve performance

Ensure that inventory is controlled properly through reporting and scrapping in production workbench

Prepare accurate and timely performance evaluation on employees

Provides employees with guidance, counseling, training, and development so the employee can be effective in their position

Studies production schedules and estimates manpower requirements to meet the schedule

Train Team Leaders and Production Associates in all aspects of Safety, Quality & Productivity

Effectively investigate, countermeasure, and present closure for Safety Incidents

Effectively investigate, countermeasure, and present closure for Quality Incidents

Capable of engaging with production team to drive department performance in all areas

Must be able to understand efficiency and be able to cut cost and identify waste or Kaizen opportunities.

Must be able to prioritize and work with your team accordingly.

Overtime is a requirement for the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Strong analysis, problem solving, process and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

Highly organized and possess good decision-making skills
