Manufacturing Technician – Aerospace MaskingLocation: South Windsor, CT Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hour | Weekly PayPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Masking Technician to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team in South Windsor, CT. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing aerospace components for finishing processes by carefully masking metallic and non-metallic parts according to detailed customer specifications and blueprints. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision craftsmanship and maintaining high quality standards in a manufacturing environment.Schedule & Overtime ExpectationsAll positions must be able to work overtime and Saturday mornings from 6:00 AM–12:00 PM when necessary.
We value our team's time off and hope to keep Saturday work to a minimum, but it is required from time to time.
