Assembly Operator

AssemblerWe are currently seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Assembler. In this fast-paced role, you'll be working directly with injection mold operators, assembling products as they come off the line, and preparing them for shipment.Key Responsibilities:Use hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.) to attach lids and components to the product at multiple points.Palletize completed products efficiently and safely.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety and quality standards at all times.What We're Looking For:Strong mechanical aptitude – you enjoy working with your hands and building things.Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-heavy environment.Takes initiative and works independently without needing constant supervision.Physically capable – products may be heavy, and the role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.Reliable and punctual team player.Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts: 7am-7pm 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days onJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Whitestown Pay Rate: $17.00/hourPay Rate: $17.00/hour
