Assembly Operator I – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Fairview, NC Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00am – 3:30pm Pay Rate: $17.61/hr Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireAbout the RoleJoin Kelly Services and help manufacture relays and switches for the aerospace industry! As an Assembly Operator I, you'll work with small components, ensure parts quality, and contribute to a safe and organized workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components using microscopes, small hand tools, and fixturesInspect work using quality standards and work instructionsConduct pull tests and measure using calipers and gaugesComplete process paperwork to maintain product traceabilityTroubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs as neededPractice good housekeeping and follow safety guidelinesRead and interpret work instructions and product drawingsPerform other related duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredMinimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferredBasic computer and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints preferredExperience with measuring devices preferredWillingness to work overtime when neededAble to lift up to 50 lbs, be stationary up to 75% of the shift, and move between work zonesMust be eligible under ITAR/EAR regulations (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)Must pass background and 9-panel drug screening testSafety shoes requiredHow to ApplyApply online with your most up to date resume.
