We are proud to be part of Magna International, one of the largest automotive suppliers in the world, and a Tier 1 supplier for this critical product.
In this role, you'll rotate through various tasks on the production line and contribute to building high-quality products in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components using hand and power toolsRotate between tasksRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams accuratelyPerform quality checks and identify defective or non-conforming partsAssist in plant duties such as parts inspection, inventory, cleanup, and minor equipment maintenanceReport safety, quality, or production issues to supervisors in a timely mannerFollow safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment at all times (e.g., Gloves, Glasses)Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S compliance)Participate in continuous improvement and team-based problem solvingAttend training sessions and complete required materialsRequired Skills & QualificationsThese are essential for success in the role:Must be at least 18 years oldGood hand control and ability to perform repetitive movementsAbility to follow instructions preciselyStand for long hours, lift 25–50 lbs., and move efficientlyWork in safe manner and comply with safety rules and practicesEffective communication with team membersEfficiently manage tasks to meet production deadlinesPreferred SkillsThese skills will set you apart:Experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environmentFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologyAbility to use ERP or production tracking systems (e.g., barcode scanners or tablets)Ability to read technical drawings, wire diagrams, or exploded viewsMultilingual (especially in a diverse team setting)High School Diploma or GEDThe above statement reflects the general details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of the work required inherent in the job.
