They must perform any tasks necessary on a daily basis to maintain production flow and maintain consistent production to meet or exceed production times within an acceptable standard. Must be capable of adapting to process changes and learning new skills.Responsibilities:Ability to recognize and separate sub-standard and/or reject connectors from acceptable quality standardsAbility to complete all required paperwork and perform data entry into MES as necessaryKnowledge and practice of good housekeeping and tool maintenanceAbility to maintain concentration on tasks and utilize work time efficientlyAbility to lift and carry 35 lbs and maintain a standing position during a typical shiftLearn more about Polaris -> NSI IndustriesSafety Requirements: Understand the safety requirements for the assigned work area and follows all safety rules.
