Regular 2nd shift schedule begins Tuesday.Training: 1–3 weeks on 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM)Essential: Must be comfortable using a microscope (scope).Position SummaryAs an Assembly Operator, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to assemble precision components in accordance with drawings, prints, and work instructions. You'll help drive quality and efficiency while working with state-of-the-art equipment and supporting various processes throughout production.Key ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and written work instructions.Achieve proficiency in all required assembly and special processes.Gather, record, and accurately document production data.Detect and correct errors, and communicate effectively using company quality processes.Meet established standards for quality, productivity, and safety.Operate technical equipment such as comparators, microscopes, and other measurement devices as required.Cross-train and support other departments as production needs arise.Desired Qualifications1–2 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.High attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently.Ability to work independently under general supervision.Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).Capable of working in both seated and standing positions for extended periods.Must be comfortable working with microscopes.Regulatory Compliance: This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
