If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to build your career.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assemble high-quality products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and pride in every unit producedInstall and secure components such as wiring harnesses, fasteners, tires, and other mechanical parts according to detailed assembly instructionsOperate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively to complete buildsPerform thorough inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet Greenworks' quality and performance standardsAccurately complete required production, inspection, and quality documentation to support traceability and continuous improvement effortsRotate between multiple workstations and become cross-trained across various assembly processes to increase flexibility and efficiencyProactively identify, troubleshoot, and communicate production issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain workflowCollaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to meet daily production targets and improve overall operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in alignment with safety and 5S standardsFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to help ensure a safe workplace for yourself and your teamQualifications and Experience:High school diploma or GED required1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to applyAbility to read, understand, and follow written instructions such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete basic production documentationExperience using hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment is a plusStrong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workPositive attitude, dependable attendance, and a reputation as a reliable team playerAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needsSelf-motivated with a desire to learn new skills and grow within the organizationStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentWillingness to be cross-trained and take on new responsibilitiesCommitment to safety, quality, and following established proceduresAbility to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as neededCompensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacation, sick time, and company holidaysGreenworks Tools is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act) with respect to employment opportunities.
