Assembly OperatorJob Posting: Assembly Operator (100% Onsite) Location: Loveland, CO 80538 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr M-F 6am to 2:30pmAbout the RoleOur company is seeking a dedicated contractor to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. You will play a vital role in aligning, calibrating, and testing hardware components, executing varied assembly and testing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position and requires strict adherence to operational plans and industry regulations.Must HaveStrong time management skills, attendance, and punctualityAttention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with hand toolsKey ResponsibilitiesRead, write, and speak fluent English to comprehend SOPs and work instructionsExecute tasks per standard operating procedures, with supervision when neededMaintain appropriate training records and follow established operation proceduresTroubleshoot issues, escalate as necessary, and participate in quality improvement initiativesAssure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirementsLearn and actively participate in the company's lean manufacturing principlesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure qualityMaintain a safe and clean work area according to procedureTrain new team members as neededComplete paperwork and maintain accurate production recordsPhysical DemandsStand for prolonged periods (80% of shift)Frequently talk, hear, use hands for assembly, and reach above shoulder height and below the waistRead and speak English fluentlyLift and maneuver components up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniquesFrequently bend, kneel, and sit to meet production goalsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–2 years' relevant experience in manufacturing or assemblyExperience in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO) preferredIf you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a regulated manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply!
