Assembly OperatorWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble a variety of plastic and electrical components in a fast-paced production environment. Quality is a top priority, and strong attention to detail is essential to ensure products meet appearance, fit, and performance standards.
Team members will also have the opportunity to cross-train and learn multiple assembly processes to support long-term growth and skill development.• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Friday | $16.50/hr.• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Monday–Friday | $18.00/hr.• Overtime may be required based on production needs.• Assemble plastic and electrical components according to work instructions.• Perform visual and basic functional quality checks throughout the assembly process.• Identify and report defects such as missing parts, misalignment, or wiring issues.• Ensure finished assemblies meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.• Rotate between workstations and participate in cross-training opportunities.• Follow production schedules, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple assembly areas.• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady full-time hours, hands-on work, and the chance to build skills in a supportive manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and cross-training.
