This role involves the use of microscopes, small hand tools, and fixtures, while closely following work instructions and company procedures.
Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, eagerness to learn, and a strong attention to detail, ensuring top-quality parts for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Assemble components, utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and fixtures as requiredInspect work using established quality standards and work instructionsConduct pull tests and measurements using calipers, gauges, or other devicesReview products to ensure they meet print specificationsComplete operational paperwork to maintain product traceabilityTroubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairsMaintain organization and cleanliness of the work areaAdhere to all company, departmental, and safety guidelines, policies, and proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedRead and interpret drawings to accurately perform tasksRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredMinimum of 6 months' experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity principlesBasic computer skills preferredEffective communication skillsAbility to interpret product blueprints preferredExperience with measuring devices (calipers, gauges) preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadWillingness to work overtime as neededAble to move materials weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to remain stationary for extended periods (up to 75% of the shift)Ability to operate machinery and move between work zonesProficient in understanding written instructions in English
