Assembly Operator IAssembly Operator I Location: Landisville, PA Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00pm – 6:00amPrimary Responsibilities:Prepare machines and equipment for daily usePerform quality checks and complete related inspection documentation independentlyUse inspection tools, understand gauging and visual inspection processes, and pay attention to detailed proceduresCommunicate any operational issues to set-up personnel, technicians, or supervisorsMake necessary machine adjustments as neededIdentify product defects, document findings, and notify appropriate team membersRead, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other instructionsPerform quality work checks to ensure products meet quality standardsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experienceExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredHigh energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environmentExperience interacting with mechanical systemsProficient with inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators) for dimensional inspectionsProven experience using inspection dataBasic computer navigation skillsAbility to read and write in EnglishPhysical Requirements:Able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs safely and dependablyAbility to push/pull at least 180 lbs using a hand dollyRepetitive hand work and rotation of duties dailyFrequent standing, sitting, walking, and balancing for 8-10 hours per shiftAble to work in uncontrolled climates, including excessive heatIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your most up to date resume.
