Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Summary
We are hiring Assembly Operators to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on running scheduled jobs, monitoring product quality, and keeping machines supplied to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run production jobs as scheduled
- Monitor parts during production to ensure quality standards (Q.A.) are met
- Perform visual inspections and identify defects
- Label cartons accurately and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Replenish automatic machines with materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Report any issues with parts or equipment to leadership
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
