Assembly OperatorIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that the final products meet safety and quality standards. Your duties will include monitoring high-speed automated machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate records using production forms and PCs. You will also be involved in testing assembled products and ensuring that all components are correct.ResponsibilitiesMonitor high-speed automated production machines to maintain quality standards.Verify the correctness of components and perform visual quality checks.Conduct testing on assembled products.Fill machine hoppers and load/thread tubing onto the machine.Use a handheld scanner for product traceability.Perform record-keeping tasks using various production forms and a PC.Lift and move up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder height as needed.Essential Skills1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing.Tenure of 2+ years at the same company.Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication.Basic PC and math skills for order and computer entry.Willingness to wear steel toe shoes, with company reimbursement available upon full-time hire.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a GMP environment is advantageous.Previous plastics experience is beneficial.Experience in assembly or as an operator is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a top-ranked company known for its commitment to promoting from within and offering great benefits.
