Automotive Production Associates - 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Marion, OH

Pay: $16.00-$16.75 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM $16.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM $16.75/hr
• Overtime may be required, including weekends and extended shifts.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to production requirements.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow established manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining accuracy.
• Work alongside team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform additional assigned production duties as needed.
