Assembly OperatorAdairsville, GA$16/HOURLY SHIFT: 1st (6:00a-4:20p) Mon-FriThe Assembly Operator is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production team.Responsibilities:Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedulesSafely operate power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand toolsMaintain consistent production output while meeting quality standardsPerform visual and functional inspections of assembled framesFollow all OSHA regulations and company safety policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to a supervisor or team leadCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsLoad and unload assembly cells using an electric pallet moverQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment preferredFamiliarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand toolsBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to product qualityReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWork Environment & Expectations:Fast-paced production/assembly setting with frequent changeoversAbility to work under pressure while maintaining quality standardsFlexibility to be reassigned to different tasks or stations as neededCompliance with staggered break schedulesTeam-oriented environment, working in groups of up to 6 employeesNon-climate controlledOvertime may be required!
