• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Peoplelink Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a Machine Operator / Assembly professional to join a reputable manufacturing partner in Albion, IN. With over six decades of expertise in producing trailer axles and brake components, our client stands as a leader in the industry, serving clients across the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is open to working overtime when needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Feed, strip, hand-twist, crimp, and heat-shrink wiring with precision.
• Install components using hand and pneumatic tools to ensure quality assembly.
• Verify shop orders and apply paint certification marks accurately.
• Pack, stack, and band axles efficiently for shipment.
• Strictly adhere to production, quality, and safety standards throughout operations.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable work pace to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently.
• Capability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility with overtime are crucial.
• A diploma or GED is not required for this position.
