Assembly Line 1st Shift

Job Description Job Description We're hiring for several Assembly Line workers in Bolingbrook, IL.
The schedule and pay are as follows:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + Mandatory Overtime as needed
• $16.80/hour + Qualify for a $40 weekly perfect attendance bonus!

Assembly Line Job Duties:

• Package products into baskets or boxes in a fast-paced production environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging standards are met.
• Follow production schedules and company safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Assembly Line Worker Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25-50 pounds, as needed.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• No experience needed - we will train you!
