We are seeking a leader and manager to oversee multiple assembly, integration and test efforts within the SPP area. Responsibilities include:
- Drive readiness and execution of AI&T tasks
- Signal staffing demand to the larger SPP ATLO organization
- Be responsible for team performance against established scheduled and budgets
- Perform standard leader functions, such as performance evaluations and career development
Top Secret security clearance required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (Engineering or a related field preferred).
- Experience in team leadership, task direction, delegation and fast-paced spacecraft production and/or test.
- Demonstrated ability to drive production activities through delivery to the program.
- Experience briefing senior-level program and customer management.
- Experience with Assembly, Integration & Test cost, schedule and planning functions.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required to start.
Desired Skills:
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Direct, hands-on experience with leading ATLO efforts.
- Strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.
- Successfully demonstrated completing tasks and delivering products on time and within budget.
- Breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing ATLO best practices and lessons learned.
- Experience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- High rate/volume production experience.
- Previous L-Code experience.
- Previous CAM experience.
