Our team is made up of driven engineers, scientists, and operators who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.Position SummaryWe're looking for an Assembly Integration and Test Engineer to join our team, support all assembly integration and test activities across all our programs and products.

This is a hands-on role that will involve close collaboration with a cross-disciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering oversight and support for the assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace components, subsystems, and full systems in collaboration with dedicated techniciansDevelop and execute test procedures, plans, and documentation to ensure compliance with technical and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, systems engineering, and quality—to resolve integration and test anomaliesSupport environmental testing (vibration, thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC, etc.) and analyze data to validate system performanceMaintain accurate configuration control and documentation of hardware and test setups throughout the program lifecycle, including assembly instructions, hardware trackers, and harness drawingsAssist in troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions during assembly and testing phasesInterface with suppliers and test facilities to support test activities and deliverablesAdhere to safety protocols and industry standards in cleanroom, high-reliability, and radiation (X-ray) environmentsMandatory QualificationsMust be a US Citizen or Green Card holderBachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace assembly, integration, or test.Strong understanding of aerospace hardware handling, contamination control, and verification processes.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; able to take initiative, work independently, and tackle unfamiliar or ambiguous technical challenges with minimal guidanceDesired QualificationsFamiliarity with: IPC J STD 001G, Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic AssembliesIPC A 600, Acceptability of Printed BoardsNASA STD 8739.1, Workmanship Standard for Polymeric Application of Electrical AssembliesNASA STD 8739.4, Workmanship Standard for Crimping, Interconnecting Cables, Harnesses, and WiringANSI/ESD S20.20, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) ControlRadiation Safety Training (X-Ray Cabinets)What We OfferCompetitive benefits and stock optionsHealth, Vision and Dental InsuranceOpportunity to shape next-generation space systemsA small, fast-moving team where your impact is tangible
