Job Description An established manufacturing company in Gastonia, NC, is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join its production team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble parts and components while following work instructions and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and established assembly procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Package, label, and prepare completed products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and availability to work Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM.

The base pay for this position is $16.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
