Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee: Regional Campaigns DirectorsRegional Campaigns Directors support and serve as the daily point of contact between a portfolio of Assembly campaigns and the caucus. This role reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director and the Executive Director, and supports candidates in a region of Wisconsin and manages campaign staff on the ground. This role reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director and supports candidates in a region of Wisconsin and manages campaign staff on the ground. The ideal candidate has experience managing competitive campaigns, managing campaign staff, strong organizational skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment and hold candidates accountable to their campaign plans.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the point of contact for a portfolio of candidates assisting with aspects of their campaign, including but not limited to: canvassing, fundraising, budgeting, event planning, and paid media support. They should focus their efforts on targeted campaigns.Hold assigned candidates accountable to their campaign plans, including canvassing and fundraising goals, and reporting to ADCC senior staff regularlyManage weekly conference calls for targeted campaigns in a structured and professional fashion to assist with earned and paid media plans, field operations, and fundraisingCoordinate with ADCC's mail and digital vendors to help manage the caucus' buy-in media program and assist with approvals processTrain and coach campaign staff, including Campaign Managers and Field Organizers, in collaboration with the Deputy Executive Director and Field DirectorEnsure proper communication between campaigns, DPW's coordinated campaign, consultant teams, and the caucusAssist other ADCC staff with fundraising and opposition research, regional and statewide candidate summits and trainingDevelop relationships with political stakeholders, allied organizations, and local Democratic committees including county partiesOn-year requirements include working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing, traveling across the state, and other election-preparation as needed.QualificationsAt least one (1) cycle of paid campaign management of a state legislative raceAt least one (1) cycle of staff management experienceExperience fundraising and managing a budgetQuick problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset. Must be able to take, give, and implement feedbackAbility to manage multiple projects/deadlines at once and keep calm in stressful situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgmentExperience with Votebuilder and NGPReliable access to a computer and personal transportation is requiredAbility to serve as a representative of the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee and our policies, including neutrality as directedLocationRegional Campaigns Directors must be willing to relocate within their assigned turf within 30 days of start date, unless otherwise agreed to by ADCC Deputy Executive Director, ADCC Executive Director, and Leadership.

We are hiring for the following regions:Western Wisconsin (La Crosse, Eau Claire)North-Eastern Wisconsin (Green Bay, Fox Valley)Southern Wisconsin (Milwaukee)Physical RequirementsWorking from a computer for long periods of time;Flexibility to work extensive hours outside of normal operations hours;Statewide travel is expected while following public health safety measuresCompensationThe salary range for this position is $70-$75k annually depending on qualifications and experience.
