We're looking for dependable Assembly / Production Associates to join a steady, indoor manufacturing environment.What You'll Be Doing:Assemble units and subassemblies on a production lineFollow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructionsAttach components and pass units along for further assemblyIdentify products and processes accurately to ensure quality and complianceUse hand tools and light machinery to complete assembly tasksTools You'll Use:Small hand tools such as air tools, wire cutters, needle-nose pliers, rulers, and wire strippersEquipment including soldering irons, scales, arbor presses, grinders, and band sawsInspection tools like hi-pot testers and multi-metersWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentEntry-level candidates welcome — training providedAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamComfortable working with chemicals such as epoxy, alcohol, solder, and cleaning agentsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsMix of sitting, standing, walking, and light lifting throughout the dayWork Environment:Indoor, temperature-controlled facilityClean and normally controlled production setting
