Our culture is rooted in engineering excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.As an Assembly Associate II, you'll work in our Plates area performing a variety of hands-on tasks that keep production running smoothly.

Your day may include:Handling materials using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacksOperating hydraulic presses, industrial ovens, and leak-testing equipmentApplying rubber gaskets to new and customer platesPerforming visual quality inspectionsPreparing plate packs and gaskets for shipmentKeeping your work area clean and organizedAccurately counting and recording partsFollowing written instructions and completing tasks efficientlyParticipating in safety and production improvement effortsOther duties as assignedIf you enjoy variety and staying active throughout your shift, you'll feel right at home.We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to doing quality work. You'll be successful here if you have:2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with hydraulic presses, machining, or tooling (preferred)High school diploma or GED (trade schooling a plus)Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skillsBasic math, reading, and writing abilitiesAbility to follow directions and stay focusedWillingness to work across a wide range of tasksAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishCommitment to wearing PPE and following 5S principlesAbility to perform repetitive work and lift up to 50 lbsPhysical & Environmental Expectations You should be comfortable with:Standing or walking for 8–10 hoursBending, kneeling, reaching, twistingHandling tools and materials throughout the dayLifting 50 lbs independently and 50–75 lbs with assistanceWorking in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise, vibration, and seasonal temperature changesWearing PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)Reading blueprints, labels, gauges, and measurement toolsInspecting parts and listening for equipment cuesYou'll also join a company that values integrity, innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
