Assembly & Finishing TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly & Finishing Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with various materials, including wood, metal, and composites, to ensure high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is comfortable using hand and power tools, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities include sanding, cutting, and shaping materials to prepare them for assembly and finishing; operating saws, sanders, and other power tools safely and efficiently; assembling components using fasteners, adhesives, and mechanical techniques; painting, staining, and sealing materials to meet quality standards; working with basic electrical wiring for product assembly as needed; inspecting parts for defects and ensuring proper fit and finish; handling and lifting materials, including heavy and bulky items; cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and the work area; following safety guidelines and proper handling of finishing materials; assisting with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
