This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).Nice to HaveGood hand/eye coordination.Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.High level of attention to detail.Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required.SkillsGood hand/eye coordination – manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products.Close attention to detail and quality.Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office.Education and ExperienceRequires minimal job knowledge/skills.Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.
